Why is omega 3 essential?

It is well known, from countless scientific studies, that regular consumption of omega 3 is essential to reduce the risk of heart disease, given its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce blood triglyceride levels. It also has direct benefits as “brain food”, being associated with a lower risk of anxiety and depression. It should be prescribed in case of chronic inflammation, a factor that can accelerate everything from arthritis to the growth of malignant tumors. Thanks to its antioxidant properties, it helps stop skin aging; and -finally- its consumption is associated with a lower risk of eye diseases.

For example, Reishi or Astragalus, which promote balance; Shiitake, to increase our energy; Chaga, to enhance skin beauty; o Lion’s Mane to improve our mental clarity.
