The Google News Initiativein collaboration with Blue Engine Collaborativelaunched the “Challenge of AI and sustainability “a program designed especially for members of the America newspaper (GDA). This initiative aims to accompany the media in the exploration of generative artificial intelligence tools applied to the growth, innovation and sustainability of its operations.
As of September 11, the teams will work together with Blue Engine experts to identify and implement solutions adapted to their context.
The focus of the program will be in these key axes: growth and participation of the audience, diversification and increase of income, development of digital products, improvement of the user experience and strategic use of data and information.
“This program marks a fundamental step in the discussion on artificial intelligence and sustainability in our region. The experiences we have developed in North America and Brazil have already demonstrated expressive results, and now we want to see that same positive impact expanding to more countries in Latin America,” he emphasizes Sabrina Passos Cimenti, Director of Blue Engine Collaborative programs for the Americas.
Throughout six main sessions and several mentoring calls, The teams will explore from the fundamentals and the alignment of AI with their business objectives to strategic planning, risk management, prompt science and training of models adapted to the voice of its brand. The use of data as an AI engine, the design of own agents and assistants, and group exchange spaces to share learning and challenges will also be addressed.
In addition to practical and interactive workshops, each team will have sessions of coaching Individualized with Blue Engine professionals, all with extensive media experience, practical approach and fluency in Spanish. The program will conclude with a virtual meeting to share learning, advances and perspectives among the participating teams.
