The Government hides Congress the details of the hiring of Jesica in Tragsa

The Government continues with its lack of transparency in the midst of the judicial siege due to corruption to the surroundings of Pedro Sánchez and the PSOE. In this sense, in a written parliamentary response to which the reason has had access, the government refuses to give details to the questions that the PP deputy Jaime de Olano asked about the details of the hiring of Jesica Rodríguez, ex -partner of José Luis Ábalos, by Tragsa. Specifically, De Olano wants to know details of the contract, such as the breakdown of the concepts of the salary that perceived the ex -partner of Ábalos during the six months that was saved in the public company.

However, the government, as usual, hides all compromising information for Sánchez and responds with evasive. Moreover, in the government’s response they are referred to the appearance of the president of Tragsa Jesús Casas and the director of Tragsatec Juan Pablo González in the Senate, in the investigation commission of the “Koldo Case”. “In relation to the reference question, it is reported that the director of Tragsatec and the president of said agency appeared in the Senate last days 1 and 2, respectively, before the ‘Commission for Research on Contracts, Licenses, Concessions, Aid and other Operations of the Government and the Public Sector, related to the intermediation of Koldo García Izaguirre and with the other people (…)’ response offered by the Government.

In fact, in this way, Moncloa is, on the one hand, taking refuge in the explanations of those responsible for the companies that hired Jesus; And, on the other hand, it is giving importance to the Research Commission promoted by the PP in the Senate to scrutinize the government for the alleged plot of the “Koldo Case” despite the fact that until now Sanchez had dedicated himself to boycotting and discrediting her. The Government, through the Interior Ministry, has put obstacles to locate some key figures of the plot to go to the Senate to appear and give explanations: in this sense, the most prominent names are those of Koldo García, Javier Hidalgo and Patricia Uriz, which finally appeared with a covered face to avoid being recognized.

The PP questions are seven and all of them aimed at knowing the details of Jesus’ hiring in Tragsa. Olano asks for the salary broken down by concepts; in which workplace (location and denomination) carried out its activity; who were the direct superiors; know if those superiors communicated “the irregular provision of services for which it was hired” since Jesus itself revealed to the Supreme Court that charged without going to work; know if those superiors contacted their subordinated “requiring to fulfill their obligations”; know if Minister Luis Planas knew about the ex -partner of Ábalos since agriculture “guardianship” to the public company; And, knowing if the hiring is “consequence of some management of management or structural needs of the company.”

None of those questions have concrete government answers. Jesica was hired in Tragsa (specifically, in her subsidiary, Tragsatec) between March and September 2021: for half a year, she was selected to work with a team that had a custom commission, although she recognized before the Supreme Court that she was not going to work despite the fact that she charged a salary. Before Tragsa, I had been in another public company: Ineco.

Those responsible for Tragsa and Tragsatec is true that they have appeared in the Senate, but both have shaken their responsibility for Jesus: they have pointed out to Adif. In this sense, a document revealed by reason, proved that the functions of Jesus were assigned to the presidency of Adif. Therefore, when the PP asks for the direct superiors, it seeks that the Government confirm the responsibility of Isabel Pardo de Vera about Jesica and that gives details about the hiring for the project in charge of Tragsa.
