Astronomical phenomena are one of the attractions for many people, so each year they are looking forward to what will happen each year.
In 2025, the first of these astronomical phenomena will be the alignment of six planets: Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune They can be viewed online at sunset for almost the entire month of January.
Although in the phenomenon it seems that the stars are in a row, in reality they are not, since it is a kind of optical illusion, but it seems real because they orbit the sun along the ecliptic, which is an imaginary line that It follows its path through the sky.
This planetary parade will begin in the first days of January 2025 and it is estimated that Mars, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn can be observed with the naked eye, but a telescope will be needed to see Neptune and Uranus.
The best time to observe the phenomenon will be from sunset to 8:30 at night.
This has not been the first time that these planets align, since the first event of this type occurred in June 2023, where Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn could be observed with the naked eye.
Although many cities have extensive light pollution, it is possible that this planetary alignment can be observed in these places from the first days of January 2025, more specifically from January 21.
Experts have stated that Mercury will also join this planetary parade, but not from the beginning and an alignment of seven planets will be created. which has not happened for several decades.
