In recent years, the Andalusian business ecosystem has given birth to technology-based projects capable of progressively expanding its scope of activity. Midway’s trajectory responds to this impulse: in a decade, the firm has gone from being an initiative founded by three partners to registering a consolidated turnover of 10.36 million euros at the end of 2025 and having a staff of 71 professionals.
The genesis of the company dates back to 2016 in Seville. At that time, Pedro Miguel Santos, Juan Luis Susillo and Francisco José Ponce joined their careers to launch a project focused on specialized technology consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem. The founding approach sought to combine technical specialization with a close, agile and committed relationship with the client. Ten years later, the initial project has evolved into a model that combines projects, managed services and licensing.
The company closed the 2025 financial year with 10.36 million euros of consolidated turnover, compared to the 7.95 million obtained in the previous year
Turning points in the business model
Midway’s journey has been marked by several decisions that have accompanied the company’s growth. Among them, the incorporation in 2020 of the commercialization of Microsoft licenses to the service catalog stands out. That movement contributed to the growth of the turnover and also became an entry point to subsequently develop projects and services with greater added value.
Just a year later, the company established a physical presence in Uruguay. The decision made it possible to reinforce the provision of 24×7 services and contribute to the development of its activity in Latin America. Internationalization has since become one of Midway’s growth vectors.
From its headquarters in Spain and Uruguay, the technology company’s activity has spread to different markets. Currently, it develops projects or provides services in 20 countries in America, Europe and Africa. On the American continent there are, among others, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay; in Europe, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain and Italy; and in Africa, South Africa.
Alignment with the Microsoft ecosystem
The development of Midway has run parallel to the evolution of Microsoft’s technological ecosystem. The relationship with the manufacturer has been part of the company’s history since its origins and occupies a central place in its current positioning.
By 2026, Midway has achieved all Microsoft Solutions Partner designations under the current model and operates as a Microsoft Cloud Partner. To this recognition it adds three advanced specializations in cybersecurity: Cloud Security, Threat Protection and Identity and Access Management.
Cybersecurity, data and Artificial Intelligence are among the areas that the company intends to strengthen in its second decade, while continuing to focus on the modern workplace, the optimization of business processes or the operation of IT infrastructures, within a model that combines technological projects, managed services and licensing.
Midway also proposes a way of working based on listening to and understanding the needs of each organization before determining what technology it needs and is prepared to adopt. The support extends to the implementation, operation and maintenance of the solutions.
Internal growth and talent
The increase in business volume has been accompanied by an evolution of the internal structure. Consolidated turnover went from 7.95 million euros in 2024 to 10.36 million in 2025, while the workforce reaches 71 people in 2026.
People Management is part of the Management Committee and accompanies different stages of the professional cycle, from selection and incorporation to training, certification, development, internal mobility and retention of key talent. And the company management is committed to scaling the organization without losing its culture and, at the same time, reinforcing middle leadership.
In this area, Midway identifies four principles linked to its culture: talent, closeness, specialization and commitment. The first refers to the capacity of professionals to learn and face complex challenges; the second, to the direct relationship with the client; the third, to technical knowledge; and the fourth, to support beyond implementation.
The company has also promoted its own initiatives linked to the exchange of knowledge. Among them, Innovation Day stands out, a meeting that brings together clients, partners, manufacturers and professionals around issues related to technology, business and practical application. The 2025 edition focused on future security, identity theft and passwordless technologies. In 2026, two editions were held in Uruguay, during September, and in Seville, on October 15.

A new stage
The company’s tenth anniversary also coincides with a process of renewal of its corporate identity. The restyling aims to visually express the evolution and change in scale achieved during these ten years. The new identity was presented within the framework of the 2026 Innovation Day sessions.
Having reached its first ten years of life, the company places among its priorities the professionalization of the organization and the improvement of its efficiency. It also plans to reinforce its relevance within the Microsoft ecosystem and access to large accounts, while seeking to consolidate managed services, cybersecurity and Data & AI capabilities.
Internationalization is also part of the objectives for the coming years, along with the aspiration to consolidate itself as an end-to-end technological partner. The challenge posed by the company for this new stage is not only to grow, but to do so in a scalable and sustainable way, maintaining the levels of closeness, quality and specialization that have characterized its trajectory.
