The former advisor of former Minister of Transportation José Luis ÁbalosKoldo García, takes the floor this Tuesday in the Supreme Court after new accusations from businessman Víctor De Aldama, who yesterday confirmed that he paid commissions to both and that they told him that a part “went to the party (PSOE).”
Judge Leopoldo Puente question Koldo García this Tuesday in his investigation into the alleged collection of commissions for public contracts for masks in the pandemic, which the businessman of the plot has already extended to public works awards by the Ministry of Transportation. It will be the first time that Koldo García speaks before a judge, if, as sources close to Ábalos’ former advisor point out, he agrees to testify before all parties, as the businessman and alleged achiever of the plot, Víctor de Aldama, did yesterday.
It must be remembered that Koldo refused to testify at the National Courtwhen he was arrested in February. If he agrees to testify, he will have to give explanations about the accusations of commission collection that Aldama made yesterday between 3.5 and 4 million eurosby companies awarded public works.
