A hand works because its five fingers do not compete with each other. Each one has a function, but they are all part of the same system. Anker wants to do something similar with its business. Almost 15 years after selling its first charging product, The company has decided to bring together under a single name the five brands with which it has built its presence in areas as different as charging, audio, home security, energy or creative tools.
The announcement, made during IFA Berlin, represents an important change in Anker Innovations’ strategy. Until now, the company had developed specialized brands: Anker for charging, eufy for smart home, soundcore for audio, SOLIX for energy and eufyMake for creative tools. From now on they will all be integrated under the Anker umbrella, although their names will continue to identify the different categories: Anker Charging, Anker SOLIX, Anker eufy, Anker soundcore and Anker eufyMake.
The reason for the change has to do with the evolution of technology itself. When products were more isolated, it made sense to build separate brands for each category. But a charger, headphones, a security camera, a robot vacuum cleaner or a home battery begin to stop being independent devices when they incorporate artificial intelligence and can communicate with each other.
The company has also divided its proposal into two large universes, like two hands. Anker For You brings together the technology that accompanies the user throughout the day, from charging and audio to personal health and creative tools. Anker Home brings together the devices intended for a home that aspires to function increasingly autonomously, including security, robotics and energy. The change will be progressive. New products will already appear under the unified identity and existing devices will migrate over time. According to Anker, the warranty, technical service and customer support will not change.
The transformation will also have a physical expression. Taking advantage of IFA, Anker has opened its first independent store in Berlin, conceived not as a showcase of five different brands, but as a representation of that unique ecosystem. There, for example, a security camera and a robot vacuum cleaner can be shown working as part of the same connected home.
And along with the change of identity come new products. Some of them will soon land in Spain. Among the charging innovations, the Anker MagGo Power Bank Pro 2, a magnetic battery that incorporates an integrated cooling fan for the first time. It uses Qi2.2 wireless charging up to 25W and combines a fan control algorithm, air ducts and graphene dissipation to keep the temperature below 36°C during charging. A screen also shows power, temperature and remaining time.
In audio, Anker brings to Spain a good part of its new generation of devices equipped with the THUS artificial intelligence chip, designed to perform AI processing directly on the device. The Anker soundcore AeroClip 2 Pro, Clip-on headphones can record conversations and use AI to transcribe and summarize them later. They will arrive on September 22 for 179.99 euros.
That same day the Anker soundcore Space 2 Pro, headband headphones with active noise cancellation, up to 30 hours of autonomy with ANC and 60 hours without it, for 199.99 euros. They will also arrive Anker soundcore Liberty Buds 2in-ear headphones that incorporate eight sensors intended to improve calls and 9.2 millimeter drivers, for 149.99 euros.
But perhaps one of the most curious products is the ((LINK:EXTERNAL|||https://www.soundcore.com/sleep-earbuds”>))designed specifically for sleeping. The company has been developing headphones for some time aimed at blocking noise and accompanying rest, and this new generation continues that strategy. The Sleep 4 will arrive in Spain in mid-October, while the Sleep 4 Pro, with additional tracking and audio adaptation functions to the user, is planned for January 2027.
In the home environment, another of the novelties that will arrive in Spain is the eufyCam C37 4K Edition. Its proposal is to use a camera with horizontal and vertical movement and AI tracking to cover 360 degrees and keep the subject centered, reducing the blind spots that normally require the installation of multiple cameras. Its detachable 3W solar panels can be oriented independently of the camera to make better use of sunlight. The commercial version of C37 available in Spain offers 360-degree tracking, 2K color night vision and connection with HomeBase Mini.
Behind all these products there is, therefore, a strategy that goes far beyond changing a logo. Anker tries to make what until now were five technological fingers begin to behave like a single hand: different devices, but capable of sharing intelligence, services and experiences. And perhaps that is the real reason for the change. In an age where artificial intelligence is making objects learn to communicate with each other, Anker wants its own brands to do exactly the same.
