The best-selling mini PC in Spain breaks everything and now costs half

When Geekom’s A6 arrived on the Spanish market, it did so with a clear proposal: put a desktop computer in a box that fits in the palm of your hand. AMD Ryzen 7 processor, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 1 TB SSDintegrated graphics capable of moving light editing and occasional gaming, modern connectivity and support for up to four screens. That is to say: not a “mini PC”, but a complete PC… reduced. And that explains why it became the best seller in its sector in Spain. But let’s go in order.

There is an idea that the A6 dismantles quite well: that small means renunciation. This equipment can easily replace a traditional desktop in most real-world scenarios: office work, intensive browsing, photo editing, 4K video. It is true that it is not a machine to play in ultra mode. Assassin’s Creed either Red Dead Redemption, but he doesn’t intend it either. What it offers is something else: balance.

Sufficient power, low consumption and, above all, zero space. Because there is one of its less obvious keys: it does not take up space, any less than a dictionary. In fact, thanks to its wall mount, it disappears behind the monitor. The usual price of the A6 is 869 euros, in line with many desktop computers, but on the Geekom website It has a discount of 200 euros on this price. Much more competitive.

But now they have launched a new discount that leaves it practically at half the original price, 30% less with the following code: LZA6210. In this way, the A6 stops competing in its category… and begins to dislodge the entire market with a price slightly above 450 euros. Suddenly, a device with mid-high range specifications enters entry price territory. So the question is no longer if “is it worth it?”, but is it for me?

The A6 fits especially well into three very specific profiles. The first is the user who wants a powerful computer without complications. Plug and play. Without towers, without excessive noise, without taking up space. The second is the “light” professional: editing, programming, intensive multitasking. It does not need a dedicated GPU, but it does need stability and sustained performance. It can even be taken on a trip thanks to its 433 grams. And the third (perhaps the most interesting) is the one that seeks a real alternative to a laptop. Because here there is more power for the same price, better cooling and greater expandability.

Finally, there is a detail that usually goes unnoticed in this type of device: the growth capacity. The A6 allows you to expand RAM up to 64 GB and storage up to 3 terabytes. That means it is not a closed product, it is a base. And now it is at the same price.
