Wovenware, a Maxar Intelligence company, announced Wednesday that it has retired its name to fully integrate as a regional office of Maxar Intelligence.
The headquarters in Puerto Rico, which recently moved to tower 273 Ponce de León Avenue, will continue under the direction of Wovenware co-founders, Christian González and Carlos Meléndez.
“Although the name is retired, Wovenware’s legacy of offering world-class software and artificial intelligence solutions from Puerto Rico remains alive and well, serving Maxar’s customers and missions,” Christian González, vice president, general manager, said in a statement. and co-founder of Wovenware.

Maxar Intelligence acquired Wovenware in November 2022. Since then, he has been part of the Maxar Intelligence parent company Engineering team, which has offices around the world and provides complete solutions, by developing new 3D terrain analysis tools, machine learning training data sets, models automated object detection and custom software.
