Veolia | Sustainability can transform lives

He OLA program is an employability initiative organized jointly by Veolia and the Red Cross that accompanies people at risk of social exclusion in the search and development of an autonomous life project.

Throughout its 39 editions, this program has benefited more than 1,000 people in 18 Spanish municipalitiessuch as Alicante, Barcelona, ​​Constantí, Cornellà de Llobregat, Granada, León, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Martorell, Murcia, Palencia, Rubí, Salou, Sant Adrià de Besòs, Sant Joan Despí, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Torrevieja, Vila-seca and Zamora.

Much more than an employment program, OLA uses a comprehensive methodology that takes into consideration the needs of each participant and their environment during the process. On the one hand, it offers personalized services to improve employability and job placement in close collaboration with the municipalities where it is carried out to ensure effectiveness and optimization of resources. During this process, the Red Cross is in charge of designing an individualized itinerary in which each participant has an active rolewhich includes orientation, training and job support adapted to your abilities and preferences.
