The tentacles of the “musketeers” of Victor de Aldama They reached a large group of senior officials of the Government of Ángel Víctor Torres in the Canary Islands. The businessmen who sold the medical supplies responded to questions from the now minister’s advisors so that he could later defend them at press conferences, according to data provided by the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard.
The latest report from the Koldo case investigators reflects the active collaboration de Torres with the Aldama partners. In addition, the Canary Islands president deployed several senior officials from his team who maintained fluid and constant dialogue with these businessmen. The two public officials were: Conrado Domínguez and Rubén García.
The first of them is one of those investigated by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office and held the position of director of the Canarian Health Service. The second was also a senior official in this department but his name had not come to the fore until the UCO produced this document analyzing the mobile devices of those investigated.
Rubén García’s first conversation with Aldama’s partners was very revealing about his plans. It dates back to December 4, 2020 when coronavirus restrictions were already being relaxed. The purchase of medical supplies to these businessmen and now it was time to “sell” the award to the public media.
In this way, Torres’ senior official contacted Nacho Diaz. This businessman was one of those who traveled to the Canary Islands and channeled information about the masks and PCR tests that were being purchased by the regional government.
“I need to talk to you about something,” Rubén García requested. “I’ll call you in 15,” Aldama’s partner responded. It is unknown if that call ever took place, but Torres’ senior official insisted several minutes later with a request to the businessman.
Expand PCR business
“Hello, Nacho, I was calling you before because the president of the Canary Islands intervenes in 20 minutes to explain the device designed with you for trips to the Canary Islands, and in the list we have detected that we would be missing some important places, such as Malaga or Cadiz“explained this public representative of the health sector.
“Conrado tells me that there would be the possibility of increasing the network…can we say, without fear of being wrong, that the network of laboratories with which we have reached an agreement covers practically the entire country? A hug (Sic)”, concluded the message in relation to the tests to detect the coronavirus.

Nacho Díaz simply wrote a “no problem” to the request for information for the appearance of the then Canarian president. Aldama’s partners tried in every way to extend their “tentacles” with the sales of these products that raised suspicions among health experts.
This businessman had traveled days before to Gran Canaria along with his partner Javier Serrano. The UCO came to this conclusion because it sent Aldama a message with two locators for two flights from this island to Madrid. “So it could be concluded that the mentioned meeting In the conversation reflected above, it would have taken place in Gran Canaria and, possibly, with the President of that Community,” states the Civil Guard.
The trip to the Canary Islands
The stay of these two men on the islands allowed Koldo to contact Nacho so that they could eat at a restaurant located on the Las Palmas dock. Ábalos’ former advisor left phrases like “you’ve got it” and “you have to sign.” They continue talking and Koldo asks him if Víctor de Aldama is going to the meeting tomorrow, Nacho Díaz answering that: “He’s not happy”.
An hour after this meeting, the businessman contacted Koldo again to tell him that there was a lot at stake tomorrow and that it was better to rest. In that period of time, Díaz was also sent to Conrado Dominguez a document on the PCR project that they planned to implement in the Balearic Islands. A presentation that they had already made to “Juli”.
The UCO suspects that he used this nickname to refer to Julio Miguel Fuster Culebraswho at that time was the General Director of the Health Service of the Balearic Islands. The Civil Guard states in its report that the meeting in the end went “well” and this was communicated to Aldama in separate messages. “Good luck with yours,” was the final message from his partners.
