The published data on the attic place its constructed area at 210 square meters. Of them, 191 correspond to housing and 19 to common elements. The seven-story building was built in 1945.
Added to these characteristics is the right to exclusive use of the terrace. Its 27 square meters constitute one of the most outstanding elements of the property, located in the Retiro district, near the park.
The information released in 2021 attributed to García a 22.22% of the full domain and 11.11% of the bare ownershipacquired by inheritance. They are different participations that should be specified when describing their connection with the home.
Where does the figure of 1.5 million come from?
The figure of 1.5 million euros that has accompanied the information about their properties comes from an estimate published in 2021. That amount added the value of the penthouse and that of a house in Cercedilla, also of shared ownership.
Therefore, It is not a current appraisal of the attic nor does it represent the value of the minister’s participation in those properties.
The Más Madrid campaign on rents
Housing has also occupied a prominent place in the latest Más Madrid campaigns. The past September 10the formation put a bus into circulation to question the management of Isabel Díaz Ayuso and José Luis Martínez-Almeidaas reported Servimedia.
One of the chosen mottos was “For you, the impossible rent; for her, the luxury penthouse”. The initiative was part of the “Madrid is not your VIP box” campaign and coincided with the beginning of the Debate on the State of the Region.
According to the teletype, Más Madrid intended to contrast the city model that it attributes to the PP with the difficulties of residents to pay the rent and remain in their neighborhoods. The party denounced a city oriented towards investment funds, speculators and great fortunes.
The announced route included places such as the Ifema Formula 1 circuit, the Santiago Bernabéu and the Palacio de Cibeles. It also included visits to southern neighborhoods and municipalities such as Parla, Fuenlabrada, Leganés, Móstoles and Alcorcónwhere training demanded more investment and better public services.
