Samsung announced this week the launch of the terminal that completes the range flagship from Samsung, the Galaxy S24 that arrived on the market last January. The new Galaxy S24 FE It follows the same strategy as the Pixel, of which Google launches a more affordable version a few months after the top of the range. With this model, Samsung puts “a premium experience available to more users”, including all the artificial intelligence functions that it brings Galaxy AI.
FE is the abbreviation of Fan Edition and marks the fourth entry in the Galaxy S24 family. In January, the South Korean company launched the Galaxy S24, S24 Plus and S24 Ultra. Their prices, in their base storage configuration, are €799, €999 and €1,199respectively.
The S24 FE is part of the €759 with 128 GB of storage and goes up to €819 with 256 GB. In terms of design and screen, The S24 FE is very similar to the S24 and S24 Plusmaintaining the same diagonal of 6.7 inches. The triple camera set in vertical arrangement is also the same and its battery capacity, 4,700 mAhis situated between those of the two mentioned models.
Lacks connectivity Wi-Fi 7your RAM memory remains at 8GB and its processor is a more efficient and slightly trimmed version of the Exynos 2400 of the S24 and S24 Plus, the Exynos 2400e. This runs at 100 GHz less, 3.1 maximum speed, and presents the same 10-core architecture, so the difference is marginal.
Just as there is a considerable distance between the top of the range and the new model, this is much smaller with the intermediate variants and makes the S24 FE a more than interesting option and somewhat more adjusted in terms of quality-price ratio.
