These are the best and worst telephone and Internet operators in Spain, according to the OCU

The Organization of Consumers and Users has conducted a survey among 22,000 of its partners about telephone operators and your satisfaction in services such as mobile phone, landline, Internet with fiber and with ADSL. The results offer a snapshot of what users think of their suppliers, in which the little ones come out much better than the big ones.

The OCU survey also shows that between 2 and 3 users out of 10 plan to change companies over the next year.
