In alliance with Microsoftthe economic intelligence consulting firm (IE), chaired by economist Gustavo Vélez, artificially enhanced the information platform with which he guides his clients to make decisions based on data.
The new tool is an assistant (known as “Bot”) of artificial intelligence to which users can ask questions and obtain custom answers instantly, the company reported through a statement.

In addition, customers have the option of loading their own internal operational data, such as sales and prices, without the rest of the users or customers having access to it, the company stressed. Thus, they can combine public data with their own to design commercial projections.
In turn, economists in the IE team track monthly and annual indicators, sometimes scattered and difficult to find, on governmental websites and public and private economic data sources. And many of the data are broken down by municipality, which provides a fairly detailed panorama of the state of the local economy, Vélez said.

According to Vélez, the platform and the assistant to the Gestados in alliance with Microsoft have attracted great interest among their almost 100 clients, which include the largest companies that operate in Puerto Rico, banks, food distributors and advertising firms.
