In the middle of this expedition commanded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), The American agency began to release the results and one of the photos surprised everyone with a strange silhouette similar to that of a cat.
In this image you can see a desert terrain, mined with stones, where one of them became the protagonist because it has a resemblance to the shape of a cat when it sits and hides its legs and tail with its body.
Known for its reddish surface, the planet Mars became a trend due to this discovery. Although some users stopped to see if the real animal or was it a fossilized remainsthe reality is that the rock in question took, by chance, the shape of the feline and perplexed the people on the other side of the screen.
It should be noted that on this planet, the forces of the winds cause the elements to disperse throughout the surface and, in turn, these erode the surface of Mars, giving a reddish hue to each object that comes into contact.
As a result of this fact, psychology experts noted that it is common to associate objects in an image and this phenomenon is called pareidolia. Other examples of the case are seeing a face in a landscape, in a cup of coffee and other cases that give shape to this optical illusion.
