The lack of iron in preteens concerns
The first answers, some serious disobedience, inexplicable impulsivity, new whims … nothing alarming in the vast majority of cases. Simply our sons and daughters have entered puberty, what is now called pre-adolescence: in girls between 8-13 years and boys among 9-14. Nutritionists warn of a general lack of iron, which has put them on alert, more worrying in girls, after the start of menstruation. AVENA A DISCRECION IN SPRING
Sporadic stress, insomnia, fatigue, less “battery” than usual. Yes, of course we are talking about the symptoms of spring in our day to day. To naturally counteract this symptomatology, nothing better than increasing frequent oatmeal consumption. The oat benefits would occupy several pages: it holds leadership among the most nutritious foods, being considered a superfood. It is the queen “antiox”, with large amounts of ferulic acid (keeps the skin young); Nitric oxide (reduces blood pressure) and linoleic acid (from the Omega 3 series). Its contribution of dietary fiber is insurmountable and can decrease the spread of cancer cells of the colon.

This variety of tea from Japan is made with dry leaves of the teante tea plant. The highest quality matcha is known as “ceremonial”, characterized by its intense green color.
