Digital skills in video creation and editing have a prize

‘Castilla y León Digital Cinema. Make your municipality excitinga contest launched this summer by the Ministry of Mobility and Digital Transformation, today announced its winners at the ‘Castilla y León Film’ gala, within the framework of the International Film Week (SEMINCI) in Valladolid.

The objective of this contest is to promote the acquisition of digital skills in video creation and editings by citizens. This has been achieved through the implementation of free courses offered by the program itself.

The contest, which has been sponsored by the company Mainjobs, rewards the creativity and teamwork of the best videos presented after completing the training. At the same time, participants in the contest make known what their towns, cities and the Community are like, highlighting their environment and taking advantage of the digital technologies at their disposal.

The contest has received 55 applicationsa number that “reflects the success, enthusiasm and commitment of all those who are part of this digital learning community in Castilla y León”, in the words of the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, Luis Enrique Ortega, during the event in which he also The Vice-Minister of Cultural Action participated, Mar Sancho.

Winners

The first award, worth 2,500 euros or its equivalent in technological material, was for the video ‘Pillars’presented by the ‘Enequis’ team of Alba de Tormes (Salamanca) and made up of Paloma Cosme Moro, Carla González Iglesias and Rodrigo Cosme Moro.

The second place, which has a prize of 1,500 euros or its equivalent in technological material, has been for ‘Castilla y León, a unique experience’. It has been received by the ‘Encantos Visuales CyL’ team of Villanubla (Valladolid), formed by Yolanda Torés Ramos, Justo José Diez Monge and Cintia Poo Sánchez-Vallejo.

The third position, with a prize of 1,000 euros or its equivalent in technological material, has gone to work ‘Lion, breathe’, authorship of ‘Mandíbula Movies’ by León, a team formed by Mateo Bouzada Lorenzo, Sonia Lorenzo Negro and Manuel Bouzada Lorenzo.
