The images of a person dressed as a clown walking at night through the streets of Rivas-Vaciamadrid have caused concern among some neighbors in recent days. Photographs and videos have spread through social networks and neighborhood groups accompanied by stories about alleged persecutions, attacks or throwing of objects.

“The fear of the girls upon returning home, and of their families, is real and respectable,” he said.
Novo also claimed a reinforcement of the night patrols of the Local Police and Civil Guard to try to locate the person and restore peace to the municipality. He also asked the neighbors, if they encounter her, to contact the security forces instead of limiting themselves to recording images to publish on social networks.
