The ‘Konrad’ storm maintains this Thursday to fourteen communities already Ceuta due to intense rains, storms, strong winds, waves and, especially, snowyaccording to the prediction of the State Meteorology Agency (Aemet).
The affected regions have activated the yellow notice by rainfall that will range between 40 and 60 liters per square meter in 12 hours, snowy with accumulations of up to 15 centimeters, Strong waves and wind gusts that could reach 70-80 kilometers per hour.
