A twenty level 2 forest fires continue to progress without control in Castilla y León, Galicia and Extremadura, in what is already considered the worst fire wave in the country in at least three decades. The progress of the flames has forced to evict more than 33,750 people.
Since June 1, the authorities have arrested 33 people and investigated another 93 for their alleged involvement in the origin of the fires, which until now have left four fatalities.
