After the thermal respite that has been enjoyed throughout the week, this Saturday the heat returned to several points of the Peninsula and this Sunday will be noticed even more. The Aemet forecasts for this Sunday, July 27, maximum temperatures that will exceed 34 and 36 degrees in the southern Atlantic slope interior of the peninsula and minimum that will not fall from 25 degrees in points of the Eastern Mediterranean area.
Clear skies will be seen, leaving behind the rains and clouds of recent days in areas of the Peninsular North. Only weak rainfall is expected in the center and east of the Cantabrian, more intense at its eastern end and, in the form of showers with some occasional storm in the northeast of Catalonia, without ruling out isolated rainfall in the Balearic Islands or the Western Cantabrian.
For the rest, stable anticyclonic time is expected in case the entire country, with a predominance of little cloudy skies or high clouds and low cloud intervals in the Cantabrian.
Significantly high temperatures
The Spanish Meteorology Agency proclaims that significantly high temperatures will be seen in areas such as the Guadalquivir Valley. There are active meteorological yellow warnings from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the provinces of Córdoba, Huelva, Jaén and Sevilla. In Extremadura there are orange notices, since in Las Vegas del Guadiana El Mercurio can climb to the 40 degrees Celsius.

Winds of northern component will blow in the northern peninsular half, moderate in the Ebro and, with intervals of Fuerte, in Rías Baixas and Ampurdán.
