The National Police dismantled a criminal organization based in Alicante that transported drugs to Algeria by drug boat and returned to Spain with dozens of immigrants. The investigation by UCRIF agents led them to a building in Paris which was the headquarters of the company that spent thousands of euros to buy these boats, according to police reports to which LA RAZÓN has had access.
These criminals made great profits thanks to drug trafficking and traveling with immigrants. Human trafficking is the third most profitable crime. “Just to give us an idea, the boat that enters through Almería has a total of 25 people who can report. a profit of approximately 175,000 euros”the Police report in their report.
“It must have a high profitability since the boats have an approximate value of 70,000 euros and at least five boats have been purchased,” the UCRIF agents continue. These police officers went to the bottom of the criminal organization, identifying who bought the drug boats and where.
The “international nature” of these criminals was revealed because the acquisition of these transports was carried out through a French company that was dedicated to money laundering. They also hired people in Algeria who promoted, prepared and paid for the trip.
The purchase invoice for the drug boats
The narco-boats were bought by the Ali-One company which has its headquarters in the town of Aubervilliers, which is a French commune located in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis, in the Ile-de-France region, a few kilometers from Paris. The invoices for these acquisitions were provided by the Alicante company that provided the boats for a value exceeding 300,000 euros.
The leader of this society was Ali Kadoucian individual who has a Europol report and has a residence card in France. It so happens that this man was arrested in 2020 in Malaga with 67 kilos of hashish in a car.
UCRIF agents reached these criminals thanks to an anonymous complaint that focused on the illicit activities of these individuals. These types of organizations have settled in Alicante in recent years due to the geographical distance with Algeria and the type of boats used, they have about 300 horses and can make the journey in “four hours loaded with synthetic drugs and return in another four hours with illegal migrants.”

Another reason is that this province has a large colony of Algerian citizensnumber around 15,000 compatriots, which “allows them to access a pool of young people willing to carry out negotiations for the organization,” according to the National Police report. Likewise, this point is convenient for them to get away from the police pressure that exists in areas of Cádiz or Almeríawhere the “taxi boats” They have multiplied in recent years as a result of mafias that seek to profit from this business.
They had a highly planned logistics structure with a private vehicle depot that made their arrangements. daycare functions and a crane company to carry out the transfers of the drug boats when it comes to mobilizing them. The members of the organization were also caught in large stores buying bottles to fill their boats.
The drums with drugs from Algeria
Furthermore, in the field of these cranes, the agents located 11 drums of different alcoholic compounds which are used recurrently to cook cocaine. At this point the material that was transported to the African continent for the trafficking of narcotic substances was stored.

Within the framework of this operation, the UCRIF of the National Police detained more than half a dozen Algerians as main components of the dismantled criminal organization. Several of them were imprisoned by order of the Alicante Investigative Court.
However, the next judicial step in this case will occur next November 26 When Khalil Haj MB and his brother, Nabil Haj MB, have been summoned to testify, both are represented by lawyer Alejandro Rodríguez Vidal. These two investigated would be linked to the lowest echelons of the criminal organization.
