The primitive is one of the best -known gambling in Spain, along with the National Lottery and the Bonoloto. This raffle is held twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays, and offers very attractive awards for the participants.
The first raffle of the primitive took place in 1763 and since then has experienced various modifications until it reaches its current format. The game consists in choosing six numbers from 1 to 49, in addition to a complementary number and a reimbursement. The awards are distributed in different categories, from the “Plenary to 6” (hit the six main numbers) to the reimbursement.
The primitive prizes are very attractive, especially the boat, which can accumulate for several weeks if there are no horses of the “plenary to 6”. In fact, the biggest prize in the history of the primitive was distributed in 2015 and exceeded 100 million euros.
