Showers are expected locally intense during the night and early morning on the coast of Girona, the interior and north of the province of Barcelona, and in the eastern Pyreneeswith accumulations of up to 20 l/m² in one hour, in which warnings have been activated. Finally, for Wednesday afternoon and eveningas well as early Thursday morning, the Meteored expert predicts an increase in storms in the Gulf of Valencia, the south of Tarragona and in the Balearic Islands. At these points, the storms could be intense as they enter the mainland, with accumulations of up to 40 or 50 l/m² occasionally, although the risk of large hail is considered low, limited to the area around Menorca.
