The Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard has detected that José Luis Ábalos agreed to his first “meetings” with “friends” just eight months after his arrival at the Ministry of Public Works. In his latest report of “Koldo case”the researchers confirm that he used public resources to arrange these appointments that took place from February 2019 to the summer of 2021.
Thus, the piece with “sensitive material” that the Supreme Court opened has its starting point only eight months after the appointment of Ábalos by Pedro Sánchez. According to sources from the investigation to LA RAZÓN, the content has a high “sexual” component both from people unknown until now and from others whose name already appears in some reports.
Ábalos’ conversations
To respect the privacy of the minister and these women, Leopoldo Puente has restricted access to this UCO office only for his display in judicial offices and the parties may not take a copy of it. These sources detail that this decision has been made to preserve the girls above all and that their photos without clothes are not spread.
However, the Civil Guard has detected a “mode of procedure” in the concert of these meetings. “Koldo agreed with the people that involved the date and time of their transfer to the meeting place,” the report states. Ábalos’ former advisor used the mobile phone provided to him by the Ministry of Public Works to communicate with the women.
UCO agents have multitude of conversations maintained through this device, which is a public resource, with dozens of “friends” of the former minister. However, investigators have not been able to confirm whether an amount of cash was paid in all of them.
The first of these events took place between February and May 2019 in different points such as Malaga, Seville and Almería. On the first three trips, a hotel room was also reserved. The couple was engraved with the name “Ariamns Malaga”. In the summer of that year the relationship ended, specifically in the month of August.
Three years of “encounters” while he was minister
Other messages that the UCO has seized are with WhatsApp users that were recorded “Carlota Malaga”, “Vero Ale Friend of Cristian” either “Romanian Rose Head Valencia”. One of these “friends” of the former minister had only a heart as identification. July 5, 2021 was the last of the messages that appear in the Civil Guard report dedicated to Ábalos’ intimate life.
LA RAZÓN was able to speak with one of these secondary protagonists of the investigation. Rosalía is one of the women whose name appears in the case summary for having had this type of meetings with the former socialist leader. He maintains that he has not committed any crime and has nothing to hide.
“It makes me very sad to see that Spain, all of Europe, is burning… and society is interested in who Ábalos has fucked,” he said in statements to this medium. Precisely, in this document, the UCO figures 8,245.7 euros the sum of the payments credited by order of Ábalos in “favor of third parties (Ofelia, Michel and Rozalía)” and the payments for transportation and accommodation on the occasion of these meetings. An amount that would have been paid over the years and, sometimes, at the request of these women to Ábalos.
