About 300 members of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) participated this Friday in a free workshop organized by SME Solutions to learn how to use artificial intelligence (AI) to make your business operations more efficient.
The activity, held at Vivo Beach Club, in Carolina, was directed by the AI and neuromarketing strategist Elsa Del Pinowho answered questions from attendees about the practical use of these tools.
“At Soluciones Pymes we see up close the challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses in Puerto Rico… Initiatives like these allow them to learn new tools to strengthen their operations”he highlighted Natalia Avilesmanager of SME Solutions.
During the session, attendees raised questions about digitizing their businesses, particularly how to incorporate artificial intelligence tools into their operations without incurring high costs.
Avilés also highlighted that they learned how to structure an AI team within their companies, and how to use it to generate tools for the creation of images, videos and audio, among other strategic content.
