The other button is customizable and allows us to press it, for example, and directly access the start of our selected exercise. It's very light, just 26 grams and it is almost not felt in the hand. Even so, it resists 5 ATM and its appearance is not something flimsy. The option of the personal weight control trainer is interesting, since it is based on scientific data obtained from 50 countries and provides nutritional analysis.
