Samsung Electronics announced that new Galaxy AI artificial intelligence features are available on phones Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5as well as on tablets Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9 Plus and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.
The tool of Galaxy AI, available from Thursday, arrives with the One UI 6.1 software update, the South Korean company reported.
To download the new AI assets, users need to go to Settings, tap “about phone” or tablet, if that’s the case, and then tap “Software Update.”
The availability of the update will vary depending on the model and telephone operator, Samsung clarified. However, it will gradually reach all the previously mentioned Galaxy devices.
What does Galaxy AI do?
Launched in January 2024, Galaxy AI integrates AI into everyday tasks. With simultaneous call translation and interpreter function, it is possible Translate conversations into 13 different languages in real time.
Meanwhile, its writing and notes assistant corrects grammar and tone of messages. With generative photo editing, you can remove objects from photos, change the size and position of objects, as well as fill backgrounds.
In addition, to optimize the work and study routine, users can now count on resources such as transcription assistant, which transforms audio into text.
