More than 95 dead, an undetermined number of missing people and incalculable damage from the floods caused by the torrential rains that DANA has left in its path through the Valencian Community and Castilla-La Mancha, a storm that is now located in certain areas of Seville and Cádiz, as well as Catalonia. The number of deaths is still provisional.
However, in the Valencian Community, the most affected by DANA, the authorities have confirmed 92 victims in various locations and there is an unspecified number of missing persons, while In Castilla-La Mancha two bodies have been found and there are at least five people unaccounted for. In Andalusia the death of a 71-year-old man has also been confirmed. In addition, floods keep dozens of people trapped by water in different locations in the province of Valencia, and there are power outages.
