The actress made her screen debut at just 9 years old and has explained the darker side of fame, revealing that she decided to delete her X account (formerly Twitter) due to the messages “disgusting” that she received and the explicit photos of her as a teenager generated by iartificial intelligence.
“I hate AI,” Ortega confessed in statements to The New York Times.
“The point is that AI can do amazing things. I think I saw something the other day where they said AI was able to detect breast cancer four years before it progressed. That’s beautiful.
