In the first weeks of the year, 30 young participants have been incorporated in the Moeve Challenging U talent programs, Bussiness and Green Molecules, redesigned by the company to adapt them to the new road map that marks the transformation that Moeve is undertaking to become a referent of the energy transition.
Of these, 21 are in the Challenging or Green Molecules and will begin their professional career following a three -year program in which they will tour the main business areas and with a training fully focused on the acquisition of the knowledge and skills necessary to address the challenges of the energy transition. Thus, they will know in depth key energies promoted by the company, such as green hydrogen and biofuels, and electrical mobility.
On this new Bettina Karsch group, director of Human Resources at Moeve, points out that “they are the first promotion that will be focused entirely on the green molecules, which are no longer the future but the present.
