Follow the II barometer on AI and the employability of the future for workers and managers live

The reason welcomes from 19:00 this afternoon the II Barometer on AI and the employability of the future for workers and managers.

And, three years after AI broke into our lives, this tool is already an axis of business and labor transformation. But to what extent is Spanish companies and their employees affecting? What is the use and real knowledge that they have of AI?

The second AI and employability barometer, prepared by GAD3 for planet training and universities, is a necessary radiography at a critical moment: the adoption of AI is already generating tangible differences between sectors, companies and professionals.

In the first edition, the approach was put in the education sector and in how teachers and students are adapting to this technology. In this new investigation wave, the prominence is of the corporate world and of the Spanish workers: how they perceive, use and form in the those who participate daily in the productive transformation.

Although the report will be presented in this event, some of the first data we know from the study show the complexity of the panorama. Not surprisingly, although more than half of the workers already use AI in their daily work, the vast majority (3 out of 4) have not yet received training in AI. Something that may be due to the fact that only 16% of companies have promoted training programs in AI. Data that undoubtedly show insufficient preparation before a change that accelerates.

A situation that, on the other hand, has already been read in advance by planet formation and universities, Google and Deloitte, who have formed Nexia, a training center in artificial intelligence that is born with the objective of being a reference space to accompany the transformation of workers and managers, reinforcing the human role in the face of technological changes that already affect the present and future employability.

Today’s encounter in reason will be an opportunity to explore these findings, discuss the relationship between AI, company and training, and share the perspectives of those who lead the change from research, company and education.

The act will be presented by Francisco Marhuenda, director of La Razón, while the inaugural discourse of the day will be carried out by Miguel López-Valverde, Minister of Digitalization of the Community of Madrid.

The introduction will be by Montserrat Civera Gibert (Academic Director of Planet Formation and Universities and the presentation of the barometer will be carried out by Narciso Michavila (GAD3).

In the Debate Forum, moderated by Arantxa Herranz, Montse Civera, Academic Director of Planet Formation and Universities, Javier Martínez, director of Customer Engineer of Google Cloud Spain, Carmen Mayorca, Head of Talent Acquisition of Deloitte, Javier Villalon Coca, director of welfare management in Vithas and Silvia de Cristóbal Álvarez, manager of development and transformation of the group Atresmedia.
