The MEP and leader of Se Acabó La Fiesta (SALF), Luis Alvise Pérez, He threatened his former employee at the European Parliament via burofax so that he would return the salary he never received. All this after he complained to the MEP around 9,000 euros for non-payments of payrolls during the time he worked for him as a Local Technical Assistant.
This is stated in the complaint filed with the National Policewhere the alleged victim states that interpreted the burofax sent by the MEP as “a veiled threat so that he would not continue claiming the monthly payments not received”.
He burofax -which LA RAZÓN has accessed- aired on May 11, 2025and in it Alvise Pérez claimed from his former assistant the costs generated by the employment relationship in terms of payments to Social Security and Personal Income Taxplus associated administrative costs, worth 3,964.09 euros.
A figure that does not match the first two months of work to which I would refer (November and December 2024), since The total salary amount would amount to 4,400 euros grossand not the figure that the MEP demands from him (about 400 euros below).
The MEP hid behind the burofax that “after reliably verifying the falsehood in the academic qualification” that the worker “declared he possessed” -which they point out was “an indispensable requirement”- the Alvise suffered “obvious and quantifiable economic damage”. ones tosignatures that contradict the information published yesterday by LA RAZÓNwhere you can check both in the telephone conversation between the lawyer and the complainant, as in a WhatsApp messagethat both he and the MEP They were aware of the lack of qualifications some time before of the contract being formalized.
Therefore, Alvise demanded that the former worker, in a “full and immediate” manner, cover the personal income tax and Social Security expenses for work performed and not paid. within a period of seven calendar days. Otherwise, the plaintiff (Alvise) would initiate legal action against the alleged victim.
However, a phone call and a message via WhatsApp with his “right hand” –today general secretary of the party–, Luis de las Heras, dismantles the version presented by the MEP in the burofax.
“Everyone assumed that they were going to validate the contract”
LA RAZÓN has been able to verify the existence of a message through the WhatsApp messaging channel in which the worker points out to the lawyer that he lacks the required official qualificationdespite having completed the studies, for not having completed the practical part of them.
The communication dates from October 30, 2024, that is, one day before the contract came into force in the European Parliamentwhich was nevertheless signed digitally almost a month later.
In addition, a telephone call prior to sending the burofax between De las Heras and the employee, held on April 12, 2025shows that both were aware of this deficiency. Reason why The police report specifies that “the argument is not attributable to the complainant”.
In said telephone conversation, the lawyer assured the former worker that “the 4,000 euros (in reference to the debts of November and December) that it has cost in expenses have been paid by Alvise out of his pocket” so as not to cause any harm to the complainant.
However, The key is when Luis de las Heras acknowledged that “everyone assumed that they were going to validate the contract”while regretting that the European Parliament “has backed down because of the shit in the title“.
A conversation that would demonstrate prior knowledge in the absence of the degree and, therefore, the falsity in the argument that the MEP stated in the burofaxas specified in the complaint filed by the former worker with the National Police.
