AEMET confirms temperatures of more than 30 degrees in these areas of Spain

Although autumn has already begun autumn, the next few days will be marked by a stable and sunny time in much of the country. However, they are expected storms in the Mediterranean and Balearic Islands, while An Atlantic front will leave rains in the northern peninsular.

According to the forecast of the State Meteorology Agency (Aemet), this Friday will be dominated by an anticyclonic time with little cloudy skies, although with high cloudiness that will move from north to south due to the progress of an Atlantic front. This cloudiness will progressively cover the northeast peninsular and the Cantabrian area.

In western Galicia, skies covered from early hours are expected, with dense fogs in areas of the north interior and the western coast, especially in A Coruña and Lugo, who will be in yellow warning by fog. There will also be a low morning cloudiness in the Strait, Melilla and interior areas of the East Peninsular.

In the Balearic Islands abundant cloudiness is expected with possible occasional showers, especially in northern Mallorca, where they could be locally strong.

The Peninsular South will record summer temperatures, with several provinces above 30ºC (such as Badajoz with 32ºC, Córdoba with 31ºC or Huelva with 30ºC), while Seville will reach the maximum of the country, with 34ºC. On the contrary, The lowest minimal temperatures will be given in Burgos, Palencia and Soria.

Saturday with rains in the north

On Saturday, an Atlantic Front will travel the peninsular north from west to east, leaving rains in Galicia, the Cantabrian communities, the Alto Ebro and the Pyrenees.

Temperatures will fall in Galicia, but will rise in the Mediterranean provinces, where values ​​between 32 and 24 degrees are expected in southern Alicante, Murcia and Guadalquivir. In Malaga, 35 degrees could even be exceeded due to the arrival of terral winds.

Idomingo with storms in the Mediterranean

On Sunday you will increase instability in Catalonia and Balearic Islands, with locally strong showers which can be extended to other areas of the Mediterranean area. Rains could also be recorded in the Eastern Cantabrian.

Temperatures will fall remarkably in the north and east of the Peninsula. Vitoria and Pamplona will be around 18 degrees, Madrid will reach 25 degrees, while Seville and Córdoba will continue around 33 degrees.

Next week: warm and stable atmosphere

As of Monday, the Aemet provides stable and warm time in general, with the possibility of isolated showers in areas of the north and east of the peninsula. Temperatures will tend to rise, staying high for this time of year.
