Naturgy consolidates its global corporate culture

Naturgy has been certified as a Great Place to Work in eight of the countries in which it operates – Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Spain, Mexico and Panama -, a recognition that reaches 98.5% of the group’s workforce worldwide, as reported by the energy company itself.

This international certification accredits the company as an organization that promotes work environments based on trust, high performance and commitment of your teams. Naturgy, which was the first Ibex 35 company to obtain this certification, renews the recognition in Spain for the third consecutive year and obtains it for the first time in the rest of the geographies evaluated, which demonstrates the consolidation of a common corporate culture in the different geographic areas in which the group operates.
