According to the White House, the guest list includes the Microsoft co -founder, Bill Gates; Apple executive director, Tim Cook; to the executive director of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg; Already a dozen other executives of the largest artificial intelligence and technology companies.
A remarkable absence in the guest list is Elon Musk, which was previously a narrow ally of Trump, whom the president commissioned the direction of the Government Efficiency Department, which cut public spending. Musk had a public break with Trump earlier this year.
The dinner will be held in the JardÃn de las Rosas, where Trump recently paved the grass and placed tables, chairs and umbrellas that are very similar to the outdoor installation of his Mar-A-Lago Club in Florida.
“The Rose Garden Club of the White House is the most fashionable place in Washington, or perhaps in the world. The president hopes to welcome the main business, political and technological leaders for this dinner and the many dinners that will come in the new and beautiful courtyard of the Garden de las Rosas,” said White House spokesman Davis Ingle, in a statement.
