The Aemet foresees for Wednesday that the position of a Dana in southern France and the passage of a trough on the peninsula increases instability. Likewise, the minimums will not drop from 20ºC in the Canary Islands, in the Mediterranean area and in areas of Guadalquivir.

Hail storms

In Catalonia, It will rain intensely in Tarragonaup to 30 liters per square meter in an hour on the northern coast and on the coast of Barcelona, while in Preliteral and Pyrenees of Girona and in the Pre -Pyrenees of Barcelona they could accumulate 20 liters per square meter, with possible episodes of hail.

Also, the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, in the Balearic Islands, are under yellow notice due to rain accumulations up to 30 liters per square meterand the three provinces of the Valencian Community.

Intense rains in the northern peninsular

In the north, the rains will affect the Basque and Navarra country, where up to 40 liters per square meter in twelve hours are expected in the Cantabrian aspect of Navarra and on the coast and interior of Guipúzcoa, where they can be accompanied by hail.

Follow the heat in Andalusia
