Xiaomi prepare the jump to HyperOS 4the next major version of its customization layer for mobile phones, tablets and other devices in the ecosystem. The update will be based on Android 17 and should start with the brand’s most recent terminals, before gradually reaching Redmi and BIT.
It should be noted that Xiaomi has not yet published a global and definitive list of all the phones that will receive HyperOS 4. The deployment will not be simultaneous. Android 17 already has a stable version since June and Xiaomi opened trials with some global models in spring.
