Android 17 was launched last June and, beyond the Pixel who receive it immediately, we are now in the phase in which other manufacturers prepare their adaptation to their own layers of customization. In the case of the Chinese manufacturer OPPOAndroid 17 will arrive with ColorOS 17 over the next few months.
What models will it come to? The company has not yet published a global and definitive list of all compatible devices, but it has already opened the Android 17 program for developers in the OPPO Find X9 Pro and the lists prepared from its support policy allow for a fairly clear list of the devices that should receive the update. The figure, for now, remains in 48 models between mobile phones and tablets.
Android 17 introduces improvements focused on multitasking, security, and tools for creators. Google has highlighted floating bubbles for using applications in windows, new screen recording options with reactions, improvements for games in folding, more precise privacy controls, which allow you to better limit application permissions, and reinforced anti-theft functions. All the new features of Android 17 will arrive integrated within ColorOS 17, with the brand’s own settings.
What does OPPO bring with this new version of ColorOS? ColorOS 17 does not point to a visual revolution as marked as other previous leaps. The leaks and the first test versions speak of an update more focused on fluidity, animations, small interface changes, optimization of consumption and a better adaptation of the Android 17 news to the OPPO ecosystem.
The mobiles of the series AOPPO’s most economical family, do not appear in the list of models with a planned update to ColorOS 17 and Android 17. Devices such as the OPPO A6, A6x, A6k, A5, A3, A80, A60, A79 either A38but the update policy is usually less clear and more dependent on the market, so it is not advisable to include them until OPPO publishes an official list.

The stable deployment will not reach everyone at the same time. The normal thing is that OPPO starts with its most recent and expensive modelswith family Find X9 and the folding ones Find N among the first, and then go down towards the Reindeer, F, K and tablets. In Spain, as is usually the case with these updates, availability may vary compared to China and other Asian markets.
