The Board strengthens training and advice on digital skills in August

The Board does not rest even in August in its efforts to promote training and advice on digital skills for Castilians and Leonese, something that it carries out through the nine CyL Digital Spaces in provincial capitals, the network of associated centres in rural areas and its online platform.

The CyL Digital program, managed by the Ministry of Mobility and Digital Transformation of Castilla y León, will offer 128 training courses this August in digital skills in addition to carrying out 21 certification tests knowledge, basic and intermediate level.

Of all these courses, free and open to all, a total of 104 will be face-to-face –75 in the centres managed by the Board itself and 29 in digital skills centres from the rural world–. The remaining fourteen will be taught through the online platform CyL Digital Program.

The courses will show participants How to use the Sacyl Conect appa; the possibilities offered by the digital certificate; the Buy safely online; how to use Artificial Intelligence through ChatGPT or other tools; how the main social networks work (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook); online banking applications; or how to use the DNIe, digital certificate and Cl@ve system, among others.

As for the 21 digital knowledge certification tests, they will be held in the different CyL Digital Spaces of the nine provinces of the Community, as well as in the Municipal Library of Santa María del Páramo on August 19.
