The AEMET puts these areas on alert due to the arrival of intense rain and snow

The arrival of a three atlantic storms will cause starting this Thursday, March 7, widespread rainfallwith snowfall not only in mountain areas, as well as strong gusts of wind and a drop in temperatures. The snow level will decrease throughout the day until reaching between 600 and 800 meters in the northern half, around 800 meters in the central area and around 900 to 1,200 meters in the southern half. In the mountains it may also snow in lower areas, especially in the interior of Galicia, on the northern and eastern plateau of Castilla La Mancha.
