Spring and vitamin D

What to do with the respiratory system in spring?

Seasonal changes are a latent danger for our respiratory system. And spring is just around the corner. Flu, sore throat, cold, with fever or discomfort… Temperature changes attack our defenses, but the preventive arsenal of the respiratory system based on natural treatments is extensive, with propolis or propolis as the star treatment.

Vitamin D (D2 and D3) is a “miracle vitamin”, a prohormone with multiple functions that should be included in the first aid kit to take care of the respiratory system. Immunostimulating plants (Echinacea and Andrographis paniculata) are considered key “next generation” strategies, along with antitussives to clear the respiratory tract.

Take care of plants with ECO products.

Every day more and more our diet, our home or our body benefits from ECO alternatives. Why not our beloved plants? Precisely, these dates close to spring we have to take care more than ever to protect them from pests, the deadliest enemy of any plant. With natural remedies such as neem oil, diatom algae, potassium soap and bacteria tacillus thuringiensis.

Alternatives to plastic containers.

Glass, stainless steel and “good” plastic (high-density polyethylene) are the ECO alternative to the usual plastic packaging that releases toxins (bisphenol A, phthalate, chlorine…), and can harm our health in the medium and long term, in addition to having lethal effects on the Planet.

The most reliable alternative containers are glass; the most resistant, those made of stainless steel; and as safe as they are resistant, those made of high-density polyethylene (see packaging labels).
