How has Rossellimac’s career in the business sector been since its founding in 2005?
PA: We have worked tirelessly to become a trusted technology partner. With 22 stores and 19 technical services, we have helped more than 40,000 companies and freelancers optimize their processes and improve their productivity. Our mission has always been to offer comprehensive technological solutions that allow companies to grow and adapt to an ever-changing business environment, adapting our services to meet their needs. Since 2023, the business team has taken a great leap into omnichannel by incorporating the experience of the Macnificos team, with an online focus and a clear vocation to offer the best 360º experience.
What specific solutions do you offer for micro-SMEs and self-employed workers?
RM: We offer the full range of Apple products with flexible financing, leasing and renting options. In addition, we provide priority technical support, personalized training and security solutions. Micro-businesses and the self-employed have unique needs and limited resources, so our solutions are designed to be accessible and effective. We also have device buyback services, allowing companies to upgrade their technology without incurring large expenses.
How do you manage Apple devices and what benefits does this management bring?
PA: With Apple Business Manager and Jamf, we offer automated remote management. This ensures consistent configuration and enhanced security, even without an IT department. Remote management means devices can be ready to use right out of the box, with all necessary apps and settings pre-installed and available to the end user.
How do you ensure the security of data and devices?
RM: We implement security with tools such as Jamf Protect, Microsoft Defender or Sophos and manage backup solutions such as Veeam. Our customers’ security is a top priority. We make sure that every device is protected against potential threats, ensuring that important data can be quickly recovered in the event of a data loss.
Training and adaptation to new technologies can be complicated. How do you help in this regard?
PA: We organize ad hoc workshops and trainings in companies, designed to address specific needs and ensure that employees maximize the use of Apple devices, with ongoing training and post-implementation support so that users feel comfortable with the devices. This improves productivity exponentially.
With the launch of Apple Vision Pro in Europe today, how do you think it will be received in the business sector?
PA: We believe Apple Vision Pro will transform the way we work. Its extended reality capabilities, powered by spatial computing, will improve collaboration, training, and product design. We expect to see enthusiastic adoption in industries such as design, engineering, and education, where these technologies offer significant benefits.
RM: Apple Vision Pro, along with other innovations like Apple Intelligence, deliver personalized and secure AI that helps businesses be more productive. These tools enable greater automation and optimization of tasks, which can translate into significant savings in time and resources.
Finally, how do you ensure that companies’ existing tools and software are compatible with their new Apple devices?
PA: We work with leading cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, which makes the transition easy and ensures that companies can continue using their preferred applications without interruption and, more importantly, without needing to learn a new environment.
