The cameras? They have improved and the Galaxy Z Flip has a 50 megapixel main sensor (from the 12 that the last generation had) which makes its capabilities similar to those of the S24. The positive side is that the battery will last a little longer thanks to the chip and the vapor chamber, the not so good side is that the fast charge is not so fast: 25 W.
The most interesting thing about this smartphone is what Samsung has done with its screens, hinge, microchip and artificial intelligence. To sum it up, it’s AI in your pocket. The Z Flip 6 has, thanks to AI, a personal assistant in many sections. If we make a call to a person who speaks another language, it performs a real-time translation for both parties. The same applies if we listen to a lecture or a class in another language. There is a chat assistant that is able to write emails in different styles (to a friend, a client, our boss…), as well as generate avatars or images with different modes.
The best thing about this is that the possibilities are endless and (almost) not limited by the hardware, as future updates and applications will bring new usage options.
Verdict: It is, without a doubt, one of the first mobile phones that justifies AI with solid arguments. The fact that it is foldable and has a very good external screen, gives it even more play. Price: from €1209
