The Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, Luis Enrique Ortega, participated this Thursday in the ‘Autonomous Forum: The Era of Territorial Digitalization’, in Madrid, where he defended that the artificial intelligence and technology quantum represent “the “True digital treasures of our time”both for its ability to modernize the Administration and to generate new economic and social opportunities.
During his speech he explained that the Board works in innovative projects such as intelligent document analysis or the orchestrator of language models, which will streamline procedures, optimize public services and offer a Administration that is simpler, more efficient and closer to the citizen.
It has also highlighted the role of Supercomputing Center of Castilla y León (SCAYLE) as the axis of a comprehensive strategy that places the Community at the national quantum vanguard, in addition to initiatives such as Quantum Spain, Cinderella or Q-CAYLE.
“Castilla y León advances in the development of quantum computing and communication infrastructuresreinforcing cybersecurity and research in collaboration with universities, companies and technology centers,” concluded Ortega.
