Castilla y León reinforces its commitment to digital transformation and reducing the digital divide between towns and cities.

Thus, throughout this month they will develop 19 evaluation tests, distributed between basic and intermediate levels, which allow the knowledge acquired to be officially recognized and reinforce the employability and professional development opportunities of the participants, according to sources from the Ministry of Mobility, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence that it directs. The distribution by province is as follows in the CyL Digital Spaces: Ávila: August 4 and 5; Burgos: August 3 and 4; León: August 10 and 11; Palencia: August 5 and 6; Salamanca: August 3, 5 and 31; Segovia: August 18 and 19; Soria: August 18 and 20; Valladolid: August 18 and 19. On the other hand, 19 face-to-face training activities have been scheduled on different topics on digital skills, with a practical and accessible approach, free of charge among the CyL Digital Spaces in the provincial capitals, or in associated centers in rural areas.
As for the face-to-face training courses, these aim to respond to everyday situations and demands that are increasingly present in the digital society.
Interested users will be able to train in basic subjects such as the first steps with the computer: mouse and keyboard; Learn to use your iPhone; email and internet; or more advanced around office automation, artificial intelligence, or 3D printing design. At the same time, the latest activities of the CyL Digital Olympics will be held, a free educational initiative aimed at children and young people between 7 and 16 years old.
